Owner, Founder, Quality Control Manager
A co‐founder of Integrity Structures, Gabe has more than 20 years’ experience in the construction industry as a contracting and development expert and quality control manager. Gabe will personally oversee quality control on your project from inception to completion. He is responsible for implementing the Construction Quality Control Plan (CQCP) and ensuring remedial and construction procedures are performed in compliance with the plan.

Renee Duus is co‐founder and CFO of Integrity Structures, LLC and is responsible for overseeing all the design, implementation, and day to day operations of the company. She is extensively engaged in the development side of the business, and is an expert on property management and real estate, with a management portfolio including more than 50 rental properties.
Whitney Woolard Project Manager
Whitney started on the ground floor in the construction industry and his career has taken him through a wide variety of positions. His field experience in concrete construction, wood framing, and field supervision, provides him with a will rounded understanding of each project as whole. The number of people involved in today’s projects require a unique understanding from all prospective. He loves the refining the processes used by General Contractors to increase efficiency, safety, productivity, and work place moral. He has been a team member on over 60 construction projects, with construction costs totaling over 6 billion dollars. His project experience includes, Churches, Car Dealerships, Aircraft Hangers, Schools, Government Buildings, Banks, Hi-tech Computer fabrication and Data Centers, Concrete Tilt-up building, Condominiums, Hotels, and Apartments. Whitney enjoys hunting and fishing with his two sons, and two brothers in his free time.
M Gage will oversee your project from pre‐construction through completion and project close‐out. Gage has estimated over 300 projects in the Pacific Northwest and has contracted 72 projects; 49 of those were publicly funded projects, including 15 historical buildings. He is a specialist in working with subcontractors and suppliers, promoting the attitude that “their success is our success,” and whenever possible will bring “green” means and methods to projects to create a healthier environment.
Project Manager, Superintendent
Todd has more than 21 years in the construction industry. Including development, commercial, tenant Improvement, and multifamily building.
Projects range from 1 million to 55 million giving him depth of experience in all aspects, from conception and management thru completion. Including scheduling, budgeting, contract negotiation, and quality control.
Wisdom is knowing the right path to take Integrity is taking it.
Kathy has been on the administrative side of the construction industry for over 15 years. Her experience is mostly at the subcontractor level - everything from promotional presentations to scope identification to submittals and closeout documents. Kathy is on the board of directors for the Portland Chapter of the Construction Specifications Institute, and was the Certification Chair for three years.
Denise Schott (Dee)
With over 15 years of experience in construction accounting and several years working closely with Contract Administrators, Dee brings a variety of resources to the table. Starting her construction career working for a Civil Engineer and Land Surveyor where she tracked and processed Prevailing Wage reports, Provided full accounting and payroll. The next five years were spent honing her skills in the Electrical field of construction, working with contracts, owners & subcontractors. In 2009 the opportunity to work for a General Contractor in the Excavation field. There she was a Full Charge Bookkeeper & Human Resource Manager who also worked closely on Certified Payroll reports, Lien Waivers.
Gail has a 25 year background working as a project assistant mostly in the design build arena; assisting with projects relating to large high tech, industrial manufacturing, military and aerospace. She also has 3 years in construction support services - managing contracts, PO's, tracking submittals and RFI documentation.
Theresa is an outgoing, friendly soul; her bubbly personality is an asset to our office. Her background covers over 20 years in banking management and this has helped her in developing property management and construction skills in the office. She takes on every task given to her with a positive attitude and does it well.
Trish has over 20 years experience in Leasing & Banking Combined. She is a team player and has excellent organization skills. She will be the one who greets you over the phone or as you enter the office. She is our newest team member and will help you anyway she can as she learns the construction industry.
Brian has been with the company over a decade. He is multi-talented and ready to do anything you ask and does it with a smile. He has been a part of the company's growth since the beginning working anywhere and doing anything that is asked of him. He has been involved with all types of construction that includes condominiums, hotels, apartments, medical facilities and single family homes in the private sector. In the public sector he has worked on schools, small public remodels, Housing Authority jobs and housing for US Coast Guard.
Senior Project Manager with over 30 years experience in all phases of commercial construction including layout, earthwork, underground and drainage, structural concrete, concrete tilt up, new building construction as well as tenant improvements, multi-family and additions to existing structures.
Scott has 35 plus years of construction experience, self-motivated knowledgeable superintendent, with a strong residential, commercial, multi-family, and heavy highway construction background. A vast knowledge of job processes and scheduling including start up, mobilization, material ordering, costing and safety. Ability to accurately read blue prints, read spec. books, strong communication skills with subcontractors and clients to assure timely and cost effective projects.
