Project Management Team
The Project Management Team Consists of: On-Site Management, Project Manager, Project
Superintendent, Phase specific Foremen, Construction Management Sequencing and Construction Activities.
Integrity’s Team will evaluate the subcontractor bids and bid work plans, conduct the
pre-award conferences and award the subcontracts, complete the construction schedule, assign
the on-site personnel, and develop the construction facility’s requirements.
Project management and field supervision duties during construction include:
- Supervision includes coordinate, and inspection of the work of all subcontractors.
- Approval requests for progress payments.
- Holding of periodic construction meetings to cover the progress of work to date
and to schedule work and manpower requirements.
- Resolution of vendors' and subcontractors' claims.
- Approval of final payment requests.
- Continually monitor delivery of equipment, material and gaurantee that construction methods
comply with the requirements of the contract documents and construction schedule.
- Ensure that each vendor and subcontractor prepares and performs the required tests,
inspections and documentation.
- Prepare daily construction reports.
- Continually monitor field construction costs and prepare monthly reports.
- Forecasting cash flow requirements.
- Inspection equipment upon receipt at job site and transfer to subcontractor for installation.
- Providing an overall monthly progress report.
Post Construction Activities ensure the prompt performance of the guarantee items include:
- Providing the close-out accounting services and 0 & M Documents
- Providing continuing consultation.
